Appreciate the plentiful offerings of the season through nature's vivid palette. Forms of expression are encouraged from abstract to representational.

Acceptance letters will be sent on or before October 22, 2025. All selected entries will be reviewed again during drop off to insure FLWAA standards and gallery standards are met. Entries may be ineligible if they do not meet FLWAA’s standards, please refer to our website AND the entry Jotform. ARTWORK STANDARDS
• Artists must be current members of FLWAA to enter.
• Artists may submit only original work made within the last 5 years.
• Artwork may not have been previously exhibited in a FLWAA sponsored show.
• All artwork submitted must be for sale.
• Artists are to complete an online entry form before the cutoff date and pay a non-refundable entry fee for each submitted piece. Entry forms will be listed on our website at FLWAA.com as well as on our Facebook page.
SUBMISSIONS
• Artists may submit 1 piece of art either 2-D or 3-D.
• For 2D ARTWORK: MAXIMUM SIZE is 30 x 40.
• Triptychs and Diptychs are not eligible in this show.
• Gallery wrapped canvas 1 ½” must have painted edges if not framed.
• Canvas pieces must be dry.
• Canvas pieces less than the standard gallery wrap edge of 1 ½” must be framed.
• Artwork must be ready to hang with D RINGS AND PICTURE HANGING WIRE on the back. No SCREWS, NAILS, SINGLE STRAND WIRE OR SAWTOOTH HANGER WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• All 3D ARTWORK must fit on a standard gallery pedestal or be able to hang on the wall with proper wiring. Questions will be directed to the Chair Nancy McElroy at 914-588-7193 or 386313-1299 or email nnuluv1@aol.com.
• Work must be securely constructed and be able to be moved by FLWAA exhibit committee members.
• No additional poems or artwork descriptions will be included for entry to hang with individual pieces for this show.
• The use of A.I. (specifically only using Artificial Intelligence Text to Image) to create art that is not the original work of the artist is prohibited.
• All entries must be the original design of the artist.
• All artwork must be labeled on the back with the artist’s name, title, size, and price.
• Artwork must comply with exhibition standards for this show and FLWAA’s 2024 exhibition guidelines. Failure to comply with artwork standards may result in disqualification from the exhibit and/or awards.
INTAKE AND PICKUP
• Please do not contact the gallery directly with questions or arrange for early drop-off. Direct all questions regarding drop off/pick up will be directed to the chair only.
• All accepted artwork will remain in the gallery until the end of the exhibition and picked at specific date and times as stated. If a piece sells, the gallery may grant early removal.
• Artists are responsible for arranging drop off/pick up of their piece on specified date and time.
All questions regarding drop off/pickup should be directed to the chair.
• Art will not be stored at the gallery.
RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES
FLWAA often uses images of artwork for the purpose of promoting the organization and retains the right to do so. The Florida Women’s Arts Association and hosting gallery is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to artwork during exhibits. By entering this exhibition, you agree to its terms and conditions and will hold harmless FLWAA and the hosting gallery.
